| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a gestão escolar durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico que contou com a análise das obras de alguns autores, principalmente, Morin (2001 e 2007) e Dewey (1979), além das leis de diretrizes e bases da educação (LDB), entre outros, que fundamentaram a análise da gestão escolar, a importância de estabelecer estratégias, de conhecer a cultura e as particularidades da organização, além de contar com os requisitos da gestão democrática. Tudo isso em consonância com a comunidade escolar. Vimos que a escola ainda necessita estabelecer parâmetros de formação e domínio da tecnologia, que vão além do aparelhamento, mas sim da ciência de que a tecnologia pode ser recurso balizador para a gestão escolar e do conhecimento. No contexto atual e nas discussões do artigo, pode-se concluir que a gestão está amparada pelos aspectos da cultura, democracia, projeção a longo e curtos prazos, mas precisa de melhorias nos aspectos tecnológicos, no acesso e aprendizado dos professores, da gestão e dos equipamentos. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to analyze school management during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, a bibliographical study was carried out which included the analysis of the works of some authors, mainly Morin (2001 and 2007) and Dewey (1979), in addition to the laws of guidelines and bases of education (LDB), among others, which based the analysis of school management, the importance of establishing strategies, knowing the culture and the particularities of the organization, in addition to relying on the requirements of democratic management. All this in line with the school community. We saw that the school still needs to establish parameters for training and mastering technology, which go beyond equipment, but rather the science that technology can be a guiding resource for school management and knowledge. In the current context and in the discussions of the article, it can be concluded that management is supported by aspects of culture, democracy, long and short term projection, but it needs improvements in technological aspects, access and learning for teachers, management and of the equipment. |
