PRODUÇÃO DE ALFACE CRESPA (CULTIVAR CINDERELA) EM DIFERENTES COMPOSTOS ORGÂNICOS

Lettuce is the main leaf consumed by the population in Brazil, both for its taste and nutritional quality and for the reduced price for the consumer. This work aimed to evaluate the performance of different organic compounds in the production of crisp lettuce (Cinderella cultivar). The comparison of the compounds was done to verify if among them, there was a better compound for the production of the vegetable. A completely randomized block design consisting of five treatments and four replications was used, totaling twenty plots with twenty plants of crisp lettuce (Cinderella cultivar) in each. At the end of the cycle the weight in grams and the number of leaves of the same were evaluated, estimating production in hectare (ha). The data obtained was submitted to analysis of the variance, where it was verified that the different organic compounds did not have significant difference between them when compared to each other, but in relation to the control, all organic compounds obtained a significant result.
