| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Resumo: O século XXI traz em seu bojo um cenário educacional no qual as Políticas Públicas oficiais estão atreladas cada vez mais aos preceitos neoliberais. Dentro disso, as propostas educativas são fortemente influenciadas por organismos financeiros internacionais, sob o discurso de oferecer uma educação de qualidade, que desperta para a individualização e concorrência dentro do ambiente escolar. Entre os problemas enfrentados atualmente, nos deparamos com falta de estrutura física adequada, presença de um currículo instrumental, desvalorização do professor. Além do alto índice de violência observado dentro da escola, seja entre alunos ou mesmo na relação professor/família/aluno. Pensando nessas questões, o seguinte trabalho pretende por meio do método de pesquisa bibliográfica, analisar o cenário atual da educação, os desafios futuros para docentes e discentes, com ênfase na importância de projetos educacionais voltados à construção de uma cultura de paz no ambiente escolar. A leitura bibliográfica levou-nos a identificar que o ambiente escolar pode contribuir para a formação de um aluno cidadão, por meio de uma educação para o desenvolvimento humano da qual faz parte a boa convivência em grupo. | Abstract: | Abstract: The XXI century brings in its bulge an educational scenario in which the Official Public Policies are linked more and more to the neoliberal precepts. Within this, the educational proposals are strongly influenced by international financial organizations, under the discourse of offering a quality education, which awakens to the individualization and competition within the school environment. Among the problems currently faced, we are faced with a lack of adequate physical structure, the presence of an instrumental curriculum, and teacher devaluation. In addition to the high level of violence observed within the school, either among students or even in the teacher / family / student relationship. Thinking about these issues, the following work intends by means of the method of bibliographical research, to analyze the current scenario of education, future challenges for teachers and students, with emphasis on the importance of educational projects aimed at building a culture of peace in the school environment. The bibliographical reading led us to identify that the school environment can contribute to the formation of a student citizen, through an education for human development which is part of good group living together.
