TECNOLOGIA E ALFABETIZAÇÃO: DESAFIOS IMPOSTOS PELA PANDEMIA DA COVID-19 (2020-2021)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and problematize the way in which the literacy process occurred during service to students through remote classes during the Covid-19 pandemic period, between the years (2020-2021). The research's main objective is to evaluate the impacts of the pandemic on the literacy process and how technologies were added to this context. The same was carried out through bibliographic research, supported by scientific articles, the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), National Literacy Policy (PNA), educational and health websites, and several authors such as Soares, Abreu and Miranda, Kenski, Levi and others. With the various studies carried out, it was proven that, due to the pandemic, people had their lives affected in several aspects, and when it comes to education, we will analyze the lack of technological structure in public schools for teachers to teach classes in the format of remote teaching, also the difficulty that many families, students had to have access to digital technological means, the lack of motivation of the children and the family, caused great damage in the stage of the literacy process.
