CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE EM FÁBRICA DE RAÇÕES

Abstract

The growing demand for food in rural areas has caused an increase of the consumers requirements in what it refers to quality products, therefore, it becomes increasingly necessary for them to be safer. In this way, quality is one of the most important factors for an enterprise to gain prominence in the market. Therefore, it is evident the need of the knowledge of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in routine activities in the manufacturers enterprises of animal feed products. The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA) is the agency responsible for the regulation and inspection of establishments, so factories must comply with all the requirements made by this agency. Factories of animal feed must follow all norms estabilished by MAPA, through the norms describes in norm instruction N 04 de 2007 that are describes in a simplified way in this work. The aim of this research is review the literature about quality control in factories of animal feed with a focus on good manufacturing practices and the tools that can be used by the quality control department in order to guarantee the harmlessness of the products.
