| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | As prisões brasileiras chamam a atenção pelas superlotações e pelo descaso com a dignidade do ser humano. Criadas para conter os avanços da criminalidade, as prisões têm entre os seus objetivos a função de promover a reintegração social do preso por meio da formação educacional e profissional. Sendo a educação uma possibilidade de emancipação e de conscientização dos sujeitos, este trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar a formação educacional dentro do sistema prisional, como política de reintegração social. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados apontaram que a educação, enquanto possibilidade de emancipação dos sujeitos privados de liberdade, como política de reintegração social, no contexto prisional atual, não cumpre o papel ao qual se propõe. |
| Abstract: | Brazilian prisons draw attention due to their overcrowding and neglect of the dignity of the human being. Created to contain the advances of crime, the prisons are among the its objectives the function of promoting the prisoner's social reintegration through educational training and professional. Since education is a possibility for the emancipation and awareness of subjects, this work aims to analyze educational training within the prison system, such as social reintegration policy. This is a bibliographic research with a qualitative approach. You results showed that education, as a possibility for the emancipation of subjects deprived of freedom, as a social reintegration policy, in the current prison context, does not fulfill the role of which one proposes. |
