| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar como tem sido a gestão escolar nos diferentes espaços educacionais e discutir aspectos que podem contribuir para a formação integral dos alunos. Foi realizada uma revisão da literatura científica nos últimos três anos e análise por meio de uma investigação qualitativa. Buscamos entender como a participação social se efetiva e quais os espaços democráticos estão sendo utilizados. Os dados sugerem que algumas atividades têm sido realizadas de forma mais democrática, embora seja necessário aos gestores buscarem uma maior descentralização na tomada de decisões e buscar estratégias que possam envolver uma maior participação da comunidade escolar. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this research was to analyze how school management has been in different educational spaces and discuss aspects that can contribute to the integral formation of students. A review of the scientific literature over the past three years and analysis was carried out through a qualitative research. We seek to understand how social participation is effective and which spaces democratic institutions are being used. The data suggest that some activities have been carried out from in a more democratic way, although it is necessary for managers to seek greater decentralization in the decision-making and seeking strategies that can involve greater community participation. school. |
