PROFESSOR(A) REFLEXIVO(A): IMPORTÂNCIA E INFLUÊNCIA NA PRÁTICA DOCENTE

Abstract

The reflexion provides the ability to ask questions, in that way, the reflective pratice become an important tool to facilitate new attitudes which in the case of professors must be technique and pedagogically competent. It is necessary a position change of the education professionals, arising with a critical-reflective qualification. Evaluating his practice, the teacher brings to him the possibility to improve his pedagogical perfomance, avoids the accomodation, as though gets to know himself, analyze and understand the importance of a reflective perspective in his professional practice. In this sense, the relevance of this study derive from the necessity of knowing, analizing and understanding the importance of a reflective perspective in the teacher practice. Therefore, it is important to discuss and elaborate texts which promoting this opportunity and have the purpose of answering the questions about what is teaching, what is being a reflective teacher and the importance of this approache in the teaching practice. Therefore, stand out in this work, the necessity and the importance of the reflexion about the practice as an exercise permanent and continous, in order to improve the quality of the activities developed during the pedagogical action. In that way, it was chosen the bibliographic research. Reflecting on his action, in constant goings and comings, the teacher takes his distance from being just a simple transponder of rules, the bureaucratic guidelines and the application of the theoretical knowledges and will have as a focus a perfomance devoted for an efficient teaching and learning process, time on what the teacher and the students become the real actors and participants of a social changing.
