| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Uma das questões mais abordadas, nas últimas décadas, diante das exigências impostas pela educação inclusiva, tem sido a formação docente. Diante disso, este artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a necessidade de formação de docentes para atuar no atendimento a estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais no ensino regular. Busca-se, ainda, compreender as políticas educacionais para a formação continuada de professores para atuar na educação inclusiva. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica e documental, para elucidar os conceitos de educação inclusiva e as políticas de formação docente na perspectiva da Educação Especial. Os resultados deste trabalho evidenciaram a falta de preparo dos professores e a necessidade sentida pelos mesmos de aprender a lidar com estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais na rede regular de ensino. |
| Abstract: | One of the most approached issues in recent decades, in view of the demands imposed by inclusive education, has been teacher training. Therefore, this article aims to reflect on the need for teacher training to work with students with special educational needs. In regular education. This article also seeks to understand the educational policies for the continuing education of teachers to work in inclusive education. To this end, a qualitative research was carried out, with bibliographic and documentary review, to elucidate the concepts of inclusive education and the policies of teacher education in the perspective of Special Education. The results of this work showed the teachers' lack of preparation and the need felt by them to learn to deal with students with special educational needs in the regular school system. |
