| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Os softwares para determinar o ponto de colheita em hortaliças são incipientes, mas o uso de colorímetro já possui grande expressão, porém os equipamentos disponíveis no mercado estão limitados às instituições de pesquisa ou grandes empresas devido ao elevado custo. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho desenvolver um aplicativo para smartphone que permita ao produtor, agrônomos, professores e pesquisadores acesso a um sistema que identifique o ponto de colheita de produtos hortícolas. Para validar o método, 400 frutos de tomate foram colhidos em diferentes estádios de maturação e determinada a cor da epiderme utilizando um colorímetro. Em seguida os frutos foram fotografados e as imagens utilizadas para o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo compatível com o sistema operacional Android. O aplicativo foi instalado no celular e novas leituras foram realizadas em frutos de tomate e ao se comparar com métodos pré-existentes obteve-se uma confiabilidade dos dados superior a 85%. |
| Abstract: | The software to determine the harvest point in vegetables is incipient, but the use of a colorimeter is already very important, but the equipment available on the market is limited to research institutions or large companies due to the high cost. The objective of this work was to develop a mobile application that allows producers, agronomists, teachers and researchers to access a system that identifies the point of harvest of vegetables. To validate the method, 400 tomato fruits were harvested at different stages of maturation and the color of the epidermis was determined using a colorimeter. Then the fruits were photographed and the images used for the development of an application compatible with the Android operating system. The application was installed on the cell phone, new readings were taken on tomato fruits, and when comparing with pre-existing methods, data reliability greater than 85% was obtained. |
