AS CONSEQUÊNCIAS DA PANDEMIA (COVID-19) NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO: IMPACTOS E DESAFIOS

Abstract

School education in Brazil takes on the remote model in 2020 as a result of a pandemic that is plaguing and terrorizing the whole world, Covid-19, caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-COV-2). The following text addresses the consequences of the pandemic in the municipal education system: impacts and challenges and aims to understand the process of transition from face-to-face to remote education from a legal perspective; to know the impacts caused for teachers, students and parents, as well as difficulties and alternatives created so that it could be implemented in the schools of the Municipal Education Network of Ipameri-Goiás. To this end, the methodology adopted was, at first, the analysis of federal, state and municipal laws that regulate non-face-to-face education, including those made available by the Municipal Council of Education and the Municipal Secretary of Education, which also have reports produced by managers and also bibliographic research on the topic. The research was supported by authors such as Trivinos (1987), Arruda (2020), Pretto; Bonilla; and Sena (2020), Leher (2020), among others. All the readings led us to the realization that education is essential even in times of pandemic and, even though the remote model presents difficulties for everyone involved, it presents itself as the only alternative in the face of the scenario.
