A PERCEPÇÃO DOS ALUNOS SOBRE O ENSINO DE HISTÓRIA

Abstract

The objective of this research is to make a theoretical reflection on the students' perception about the teaching of history today. The interest in the subject arose from the observation of the daily life of educational institutions, where many students end up creating aversion to excessively theoretical subjects and whose attitude of teachers is marked by traditionalism, without more attractive methodologies and one of these cases is the teaching of history. In this sense, we seek to demonstrate what students think of this subject, which hinders their learning and how these classes could become more attractive in order to sharpen the learning of these students. The methodology used in the elaboration of the research was the bibliographical revision, based on the works of authors such as Andrade (2009), Alves and Rosa (2016), Winch and Medeiros (2001), among others. After these discussions it was possible to realize that students see the teaching of history as something necessary, but they question the way the classes are taught, especially because there is an excessively theoretical work and linked to the textbook, and many subjects are not. are linked to their reality, which ends up generating disinterest in the discipline.
