A INFLUÊNCIA DA RELAÇÃO ALUNO-PROFESSOR NA MOTIVAÇÃO E ENGAJAMENTO ACADÊMICO NO ENSINO SUPERIOR

Abstract

This work addresses the student-teacher relationship in higher education and analyzes how this interaction influences the teaching-learning process. The study's general objective is to investigate how this relationship impacts students' academic development. The theoretical framework is based on authors who discuss pedagogical mediation, educational interaction, and motivation in the university context, highlighting constructive perspectives that advocate dialogue, active student participation, and the teacher's role as a mediator. The research was conducted through a literature review, analyzing scientific articles, books, and academic documents published in the last 10 years, selected according to criteria of relevance and adherence to the theme. Among the specific objectives, the study sought to identify how students perceive their relationship with teachers, analyze how this interaction contributes to motivation and academic engagement, and understand, in the analyzed studies, how teachers perceive their practices and the bond established with students.
