| Resumo: | No âmbito das Políticas Públicas Educacionais implantadas a partir da promulgação da Constituição Federal de 1988, destacam-se as direcionadas aos educandos com deficiência, transtornos globais de desenvolvimento e altas habilidades ou superdotação. O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar as condições efetivas do Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE), na Educação Básica, especificamente na Rede Municipal de Educação no Município de Orizona/GO. Por meio de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, verificou-se que o município a partir do segundo semestre do ano de 2017, deu início ao AEE por meio de ações relacionadas a: constituição da estrutura funcional e organizacional; equipe pedagógica; equipe multifuncional; os discentes e a atuação do professor; mobiliários, recurso e materiais pedagógicos. A hipótese que norteou o trabalho foi se os meios utilizados pelo Município para realizar o AEE, estão em conformidade com as disposições previstas pelos marcos legais. |
| Abstract: | Within the scope of the Public Educational Policies implemented as of the promulgation of the Federal Constitution of 1988, the ones directed to the students with disabilities, global developmental disorders and high skills or giftedness stand out. The objective of this work is to investigate the effective conditions of the Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA), in the Basic Education, specifically in the Municipal Education Network in the Municipality of Orizona/GO. Through documentary and bibliographic research, it was verified that from the second half of 2017, the municipality started the SEA through actions related to: constitution of the functional and organizational structure; pedagogical team; multifunctional team; the students and the performance of the teacher; furniture, resources and teaching materials. The hypothesis that guided the work was whether the means used by the Municipality to carry out the ESA, are in accordance with the provisions provided by the legal frameworks. |
