| Resumo: | A presente proposta refere-se a um pedido de patente para a invenção de um sistema de monitoramento de vazamento de óleo hidráulico em engates rápidos de tratores agrícolas. O objetivo do sistema é permitir que a identificação de possíveis vazamentos diretamente da cabine do trator agrícola, evitando a perda de óleo hidráulico e prevenindo danos ao implemento ou à máquina. O dispositivo consiste em um fluxômetro integrado ao sistema hidráulico, responsável por medir o fluxo e a pressão do óleo que sai do trator, percorre o implemento e retorna. Caso seja detectada uma redução na pressão do fluido no retorno, o sistema acionará um alerta no monitor do trator, indicando o local do vazamento na conexão hidráulica. Essa tecnologia visa otimizar a manutenção preventiva, reduzir custos operacionais e aumentar a eficiência das operações agrícolas. | Abstract: | This proposal concerns a patent application for the invention of a system for monitoring hydraulic oil leaks in agricultural tractor quick couplings. The aim of the system is to enable the identification of possible leaks directly from the cab of the agricultural tractor, avoiding the loss of hydraulic oil and preventing damage to the implement or machine. The device consists of a flow meter integrated into the hydraulic system, responsible for measuring the flow and pressure of the oil that leaves the tractor, travels through the implement and returns. If a reduction in fluid pressure is detected in the return, the system will trigger an alert on the tractor's monitor, indicating the location of the leak in the hydraulic connection. This technology aims to optimize preventive maintenance, reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of agricultural operations.
