| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O processo de militarização se dá pela parceira entre a Secretaria Estadual de Educação, Cultura e Esporte e a Secretaria de Segurança Pública de Goiás. O objetivo desse trabalho é analisar o modelo de gestão escolar nas escolas estaduais de educação básica militarizadas pelo estado de Goiás. O questionamento que se faz é se essas escolas constituem-se em espaços democráticos e de acesso a todos. A metodologia adotada é da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, tendo como referenciais teóricos os estudos de Alves (2018); Toschi e Ferreira (2018); Guimarães e Lamos (2018); Cruz e Ribeiro (2015), dentre outros. Para a coleta de dados, foram utilizados decretos, leis, documentos e artigos que tratavam do objeto deste estudo. A partir da análise realizada compreendeu-se que a transferência das escolas estaduais para a gestão da Polícia Militar modificou a estrutura dessas instituições que, antes, eram espaços democráticos e de acesso a todos e, hoje, constituem-se uma estrutura militarizada e seletiva. |
| Abstract: | The process of militarization takes place through the partnership between State Secretariat of Education, Culture and Sport and the Public Security Secretariat of Goiás. The objective of this work is to analyze the model of school management in state schools of basic education militarized by the state of Goiás. The question is whether these schools constitute democratic spaces and access to all. The methodology adopted is of the bibliographical and documentary research, having as theoretical references the studies of Alves (2018); Toschi and Ferreira (2018); Guimarães and Lamos (2018); Cruz and Ribeiro (2015), among others. For the collection of data, decrees, laws, documents and articles dealing with the object of this study were used. From the analysis carried out, it was understood that the transfer of state schools to the management of the Military Police changed the structure of these institutions, which were democratic and accessible to all, and today constitute a militarized and selective structure. |
