EXPERIÊNCIAS COM PROJETOS DE ENSINO NO CONTEXTO DO PROGRAMA INSTITUCIONAL DE INICIAÇÃO À DOCÊNCIA (PIBID) E PROGRAMA RESIDÊNCIA PEDAGÓGICA (PRP)

Abstract

In order to bring students closer to theory and practice, the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) and the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) were developed. The PIBID has the objective of inserting the student in the reality of public schools and through the activities developed, he can experience the teaching practice and propose changes in the school institution. Over the years, PIBID has undergone reformulations, so that it currently only covers the first 2 years of undergraduate degrees. Thus, with these changes, the PRP was created, which aims to bring the student from theory topractice, in addition, to reformulate the supervised internship. Bearing in mind the importance of these two programs in the academic life of thousands of students, the present work has the general objective of comparing the PIBID and PRP programs and the specific objectives of analyzing the perceptions of a licensee about both programs in order to verify the their contributions and understand how they work in practice in order to seek possible improvements. For that, a bibliographic review was carried out that sought to understand the form together with the authors - Burggrever; Mormul; Son; Souza and Paniago – the importance of the programs and later the practices and projects carried out by the teacher were reported. In general, it is noticeable that the PIBID and the PRP contributed positively to the academic growth of the licensee and that they are of paramount importance for the association of theory and practice.
