ANÁLISE DAS PRODUÇÕES ACADÊMICAS DAS LICENCIATURAS EM CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS DO IF GOIANO: CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA O ENSINO DE CIÊNCIAS E BIOLOGIA

Abstract

The degree course in Biological Sciences has been offered by the IF Goiano since 2008, currently offered by the Rio Verde, Urutaí, Ceres and Posse campuses, and has been training many education professionals, responsible for the production of several academic works on the teaching of Sciences. In this context, the present research aimed to carry out a mapping of these academic works from the aforementioned campuses, seeking to identify the contributions that future Science and Biology teachers are bringing to education in terms of teaching in the area. After consulting the institutional repository, 84 works were found, published in the period from 2012 to 2022, among which we highlight the search for new teaching methodologies as the main recurring theme, in an attempt to find solutions to the learning problems faced in classrooms. From the analyzed data, it was possible to identify in the works important contributions to Basic Education in Brazil, when dealing with issues such as Inclusive Education, the use of regionality and playfulness in teaching and also in the training of teachers, mainly because they bring reflections on the way it happens and why Science and Biology is taught.
