| Resumo: | A Inclusão Educacional não se resume apenas em uma simples matrícula do aluno na escola regular, considerando que a diversidade está presente no ambiente escolar é importante oportunizar uma educação de todos e para todos. Mas para que isso aconteça de forma eficiente são necessárias intervenções e ações que favoreçam essa inclusão, assim como, união entre todo grupo gestor em prol de um mesmo intuito, alterações de práticas pedagógicas, melhorias no ensino, mudanças nas estruturas físicas e principalmente capacitações de todo grupo gestor. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho aborda as Políticas Públicas em Educação Inclusiva no Âmbito Escolar. O principal objetivo é compreender os avanços e apresentar instrumentos legais que assegura a permanência de alunos com deficiência em uma instituição escolar. Existem leis que amparam esses alunos dentro e fora da escola, direitos esses garantidos desde a Constituição Federal de 1988. Este artigo busca esclarecer qual a importância de uma Educação Inclusiva, contudo o mesmo analisa as principais Políticas que mobiliza os professores sobre sua prática docente mediante as leis e decretos existente a favor de uma educação inclusiva. O presente trabalho foi realizado através de pesquisas de artigos bibliográficos com intuito de buscar informações que promovam conhecimento e entendimento para as práticas educacionais. |
| Abstract: | Educational Inclusion doesn’t mean only to enroll the student in the school, taking into account that diversity is a reality in the school environment, it is important to provide an education for all. However, interventions and actions that favor the inclusion are necessary, as well as union between the entire management group to reach the purpose, changes in pedagogical practices, improvements in teaching, changes in physical structures and especially training courses for the entire school professionals. Therefore, this study approaches Public Policies about Inclusive Education in the school. The main goal is to understand the improvements and to present legal devices that guarantee the presence of students with disabilities in school. There are laws that support these students inside and outside of school, rights that have been guaranteed in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988. This paper seeks to elucidate the importance of inclusive education, although it analyzes the main policies that mobilize teachers and their teaching practices through laws and decrees that favor inclusive education. This study was carried out through research of bibliographic papers in order to seek information that promotes knowledge and understanding for educational practices. |
