| Resumo: | Objetivou-se com esse trabalho comparar o desempenho zootécnico de animais confinados recebendo dietas a base de farelo de soja ou farelo de amendoim como fonte de proteína. Para a realização do mesmo foi utilizado dados fornecidos pelo frigorífico JBS unidade de Goiânia - GO de 120 animais abatidos no ano de 2021 e 120 animais abatidos no ano de 2022. Estes animais foram alimentados com fonte de proteína advinda em um ano com farelo de soja e no outro com farelo de amendoim. Foi comparado estatisticamente através do teste tukey o % de inclusão e o peso de entrada para estipular a interferência dos mesmos nos outros resultados comprovando que não houve interferência a (P > 0,05) e o desempenho dos novilhos referente a peso de saída, GMD, peso de carcaça e rendimento de carcaça onde o tratamento com farelo de soja se mostrou superior para todas as variáveis analisadas a (P > 0,05). É evidente que se tenha poucos relatos da utilização deste ingrediente sendo necessário mais estudos a respeito de sua utilização em confinamentos. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this work was to compare the zootechnical performance of confined animals receiving diets based on soybean meal or peanut meal as a source of protein. To carry out the same, data provided by the JBS slaughterhouse unit in Goiânia - GO of 120 animals slaughtered in the year 2021 and 120 animals slaughtered in the year 2022 were used. and in the other with peanut meal. The % of inclusion and the entry weight were statistically compared using the tukey test to determine their interference in the other results, proving that there was no interference at (P > 0.05) and the performance of the steers regarding the output weight, GMD , carcass weight and carcass yield where the treatment with soybean meal was superior for all variables analyzed at (P > 0.05). It is evident that there are few reports of the use of this ingredient and more studies are needed regarding its use in confinement. |
