Abstract

For civil construction, steps are required that precede the execution of a work, being necessary all documentation and even confirmation of habitability of a building. THE understanding of the licensing of works, is of great importance for the performance of engineers, since, for each municipality, they present particularities in these processes. are indices and urban parameters specific to each city, as well as other municipal laws specific. The present work aims to assist in carrying out the approval processes of projects in the city hall of Rio Verde, that due to the amount of categories, it was opted for provide assistance for the residential category, being more specific for single-family dwellings and twinned. The motivation of this work arose when diagnosing that there is a lack of instruments that help professionals in these processes and also due to monitoring processes carried out and find information that contradicts each other, where the correct information below. With that, with the manual to help how the processes in the city hall of Rio Verde, and what should be contained in the documentation, will make it easier for professionals the understanding of what is charged for approval in the city hall. So, in this work is presented how to make requests in the online system, how the system, the main observations in the projects by the technical staff of SUDERV, examples of documents, sketches and filling in stamps for different situations.
