MÉTODOS DIFERENCIADOS PARA APRENDER A TABUADA DE MULTIPLICAÇÃO: USANDO AS MÃOS COMO UMA TÉCNICA ALTERNATIVA

Abstract

Knowing the table is fundamental, but there are many difficulties encountered in your teaching. Many educators insist on linear, fragmented and mechanized teaching through repetition, the ideal would be to teach the process of operations. We must seek differentiated methods of teaching, more attractive to students. With this in mind, the importance of using differentiated methodologies for teaching the tables has arisen. The objective is to identify and specify the difficulties that the students of the 6th and 7th years of the State College Dr. Vasco dos Reis Gonçalves, located in the municipality of Urutaí-GO, have in making calculations, besides understanding the table in a more pleasurable way. A questionnaire will be applied to analyze students' difficulties in learning and understanding mathematics, we will also conduct a pre-test to see what the main difficulties are about operations. Soon, workshops will be held with the proposal to work on the properties of multiplication, and teach to use the hands to obtain multiplications from 6 to 10 as an alternative technique, in addition to other methods used in the five, six and nine tables. At the end, we will apply a post-test to analyze how productive these methods were. We hope with this work to minimize the difficulties encountered and to teach the table in a dynamic way.
