DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM SISTEMA MOBILE PARA REGISTRO E GERENCIAMENTO DE DENÚNCIAS AO CONSELHO TUTELAR DO MUNICÍPIO DE IPORÁ - GOIÁS

Abstract

Violence is the action of individuals, groups, classes and nations, which as a consequence can lead to the death of the victim(s) or affect their physical, moral, mental and spiritual integrity. In Brazil, the act of violence has become a public health problem, since it affects half of the population, even more so when it comes to violence against children and adolescents. On 13 July 1990, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), Law No. 8.069/90, was approved, establishing that anyone who witnesses anything that could be considered violence or negligence against children and adolescents must report it. This same law contributed to the creation of the Guardianship Council (CT) to provide services in municipalities as a permanent and autonomous body, charged by society with ensuring that the rights of children and adolescents are respected. In the municipality of Iporá, the city council instructs that complaints should be made to the local CT, either in person or by telephone. Both of these cause problems: reporting in person, as it is a small town, often exposes the victim. On the other hand, when the report is made by telephone, if the line is busy, it hinders the flagrancy of the report. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an application whose function is to help and enable anonymous reports to be made to the CT of Iporá and, as a result, contribute to increasing the number of reports safely, confidentially, easily and quickly.
