PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICAS PARA EDUCAÇÃO DAS RELAÇÕES ÉTNICO-RACIAIS NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Abstract

This dissertation aimed to analyze the pedagogical practices for the education of ethnic-racial relations in an early childhood education school in the Municipal Network of Silvânia — GO. The research was qualitative, descriptive, case study type. It sought bibliographic support in the analysis of articles, theses, and dissertations, between the years 1970 to 2022, in addition to analyzing documents, such as: Political Pedagogical Project of the school, Curriculum Matrix, Teaching Plans of the investigated school. Also, it was used as data collection technique: application of questionnaire to teachers and observation of pedagogical practices. The research favored the analysis of education practices for ethnic-racial relations for children aged four and five years, structured in: systematic literature review, document analysis, questionnaire and observation and elaboration of an educational guide with practices that enable practices that permeate through all fields of experience of the BNCC. The results of the investigation pointed out that ethnic-racial relations in early childhood education can be developed, considering continuing education, the representation of black children in school spaces, the integration of literature, games, dances, songs that allow the recognition of the importance of this theme for the integral development of the child. The systematization of the results of this research revealed that the pedagogical practices of Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations in Early Childhood Education need solid bases: the implementation of Law 10.639/03, the training of teachers for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and pedagogical practices, which are linked to the daily life of Early Childhood Education. The elaboration of the educational product sought support in the research results, also based on Law 10.639/03 and National Curricular Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations, originating the educational guide of pedagogical practices for the education of ethnic-racial relations in early childhood education.
