ANÁLISE DE PRÁTICAS SUSTENTÁVEIS E VIABILIDADE FINANCEIRA PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA CASA POPULAR NO MUNICÍPIO DE RIO VERDE – GO

Abstract

The objective of the work consisted of an analysis of the sustainable practices applied in the civil construction and development of the sustainable project of a popular standard residence, aiming at a pilot project within the municipality of Rio Verde (GO). The project was based on a popular residence, where it was compared taking into account the conventional standard with the determinations of the survey of sustainable construction techniques. to carry out the comparison of the sustainable method with the conventional method, techniques that were easily applied. The sustainable practices presented in this project approach an energy clean and offering financial savings, with photovoltaic energy, thermal comfort, with the green roof, and the preservation of potable water and savings on the water bill with the reservoir for capturing and reusing rainwater. With the budget presented, it was possible to analyze the viability of a sustainable construction in the city of Rio Verde - GO, and it was verified that even the initial cost being higher than a conventional construction, long-term financial return and benefit to the environment makes this type of construction much more viable, both economically and environmentally.
