| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma investigação, que teve como objetivo compreender as especificidades da atuação profissional nos cursos ofertados pelo Ensino Superior de Educação, na modalidade de Educação a distância. Nesta modalidade de ensino, encontram-se os variados desafios no país, em virtude de ser uma modalidade ainda em aperfeiçoamento, sendo que um deles e, talvez o maior encontrado, seja o preconceito dos empregadores que consideram os estudantes formados não possuem a mesma capacitação dos que acessam presencialmente. Através desta investigação, foi possível analisar as diferentes contribuições teóricas acerca do tema de investigação, assim como a Educação a Distância pode contribuir no processo de ensino e aprendizagem na formação docente, como, por exemplo, a ofertada nos cursos de Pedagogia. Nessa perspectiva, tal modalidade se faz extremamente importante dentro do âmbito nacional, inclusive, no período de isolamento da pandemia, que colaborou para o avanço significativo e não a paralisação do ensino. |
| Abstract: | The present work presents the results of an investigation, which aimed to understand the specificities of professional performance in courses offered by Higher Education in Education, in the form of distance education. In this teaching modality, there are several challenges in the country, due to being a modality still in improvement, and one of them, and perhaps the biggest one found, is the prejudice of employers who consider that graduated students do not have the same qualification. Through this investigation, it was possible to analyze the different theoretical contributions about the research topic, as well as how Distance Education can contribute to the teaching and learning process in teacher training, such as the one offered in Pedagogy courses.From this perspective, this modality is extremely important within the national scope, including in the period of isolation of the pandemic, which contributed to the significant advance and not the stoppage of education. |
