Soy is a culture that performs the biological fixation process and one of the challenges is the use of inoculants with seed treatment. The objective of this study was to associate chemical products with the inoculant, and to verify whether or not there is some kind of interaction between the two, either negative or positive. The active principles used in the treatments are: Chlorantraniliprole, Fluquinconazole and inoculant containing Bradyrhizobium japonicum with strains SEMIA 5079 and SEMIA 5080. The seeds were submitted to the treatments as follows: T1 - insecticide + inoculant, T2 - insecticide, T3 - fungicide + inoculant, T4 - fungicide, T5 - insecticide + fungicide + inoculant, T6 - insecticide + fungicide, T7 - inoculant, and T8 - without any type of treatment. The experiments were carried out in order to evaluate the speed of emergence, average number of days for emergence, chlorophyll index (spad), plant length, number of nodules, dry matter, pod / plant number, stand, weight of one thousand seeds , productivity (kg / ha). Seed treatment does not affect seed emergence as well as its establishment in the field, it only ensures that its physiological, genetic and phytosanitary qualities are maintained. It does not reduce the number of nodules produced by the biological fixation, nor does it reduce the photosynthetic rate of the plants during its development. It does not negatively affect the yield components, but also does not provide an increase in productivity.pt_BR
