A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PLANEJAMENTO E ORGANIZAÇÃO DENTRO DA ESCOLA

Abstract

This study aims clarifying the importance of planning and organizing inside school and expatiate on planning, organizing and the community’s inclusion on the learning institutions. Considering that the inclusive and democratic management all the participants seek to develop a service where each one of them will share duties and responsibility aiming to improve the school environment. The manager’s role is planning, organizing, setting goals, delegating tasks, searching for resources, which will bring improvement to the institution, in addition to elaborating documents, such as the Political-pedagogic Project (PPP). All that, to ensure that the relationship between the school and society works in its best way. This project was made by doing a exploratory, qualitative and bibliographical research, seeking the particular aspect about the subject with the intention of knowing about the main aspects researched. While developing the bibliographical research, it was observed that the participation of the school’s managers, teachers, employees, along with students, parents, the community and other collaborators is crucial for the development and improvement of the school and the education as a whole. This is a daily task that, by all the involved working together, reaches the proposed goals. The manager seeks using, as the main aspects of this job, the collectivity, reflection, unfolding and transparency to better perform together with the community.
