IMPACTO DA PANDEMIA NA EDUCAÇÃO: COMO OS DOCENTES SUPERARAM SUAS DIFICULDADES NO USO DAS TECNOLOGIAS E MÍDIAS DIGITAIS NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the difficulties encountered by teachers in the use of Technologies and Digital Media during the pandemic period caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, also highlighting the main means adopted by them to alleviate them. The objective is to analyze the main difficulties in the teaching environment regarding the use of technologies and digital media (TMDs) during the pandemic in the teaching/learning process. For the development of this article, a basic study was adopted in a descriptive way with a qualitative character, seeking to list the main points collected through the bibliographic research. The results found show that the most relevant difficulty is in the initial training of teachers related to the use of digital tools and in the devaluation of the profession causing professional demotivation. It was then concluded that the pandemic exposed great difficulties that already existed in the educational environment, but with the change in the teaching model, opportunities were opened to solve such problems and the federal government and some state governments implemented programs to access the internet and digital technologies. facilitating the use of such tools in the education system.
