POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Abstract

This work presents important developments in the use of public policy on early childhood education within the scope of the 1988 federal constitution. According to the constitution, early childhood education becomes a right of the child and a duty of the State. It also points out the problems for which the implementation of the first stage of basic education suffered in this period until today. Therefore, the general objective was to investigate, with the help of scientific articles, if the goals formulated in the guidelines and objectives are in fact achieved, so that the activities are materialized in the implementation of the educational policy. The methodology used was a bibliographic study based on a theoretical investigation and served as the basis for this work.
