DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Abstract

The general objective of this article is to analyze the importance of cultural diversity in Preschool Education, proposing reflections on this diversity. Understanding the child's insertion in the social context of the educational environment, respect for singularity and cultural identity. It presents as a questioning: what is the importance of cultural diversity in Preschool Education? It is justified in the insertion, appreciation and respect for existing cultures in the educational and social environment. It is organized along the path of Preschool Education from the welfare period to its educational role; Legality in Preschool Education in a legal approach; Diversity in the Educational Context conceptualizing the importance of identity; Cultural Diversity in Preschool Education informs that teacher training mobilizes this knowledge; The Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) reinforces that education network systems must have curricular components; and the Importance of Cultural Diversity in the Teaching and Learning Process. The Methodology is of a bibliographic nature, being of a basic, qualitative nature and regarding the objectives, the research is exploratory, developed by studies and materials already prepared, with the main authors: GIL (2002), LEÃO (2017), FONSECA (2002). The result provides theories and further discussions on teaching and learning in preschool education and its implications for cultural and legal aspects in Brazil and enables professional pedagogues to further expand the sphere of work. It is considered that the educational environment, must obtain an ethical and moral conscience, in the search to understand the cultural and social differences of each people, being fundamental the respect with the different groups and cultures that compose the society.
