A IMPORTÂNCIA DA BRINQUEDOTECA COMO MEDIADORA DO CONHECIMENTO INFANTIL

Abstract

This work presents the theme: the toy library as a mediator of children's knowledge. The toy library is a space for children to play, develop interactions with other colleagues, to build new discoveries that will influence their development. Based on the above, the research seeks to answer the following problem: what is the contribution of the toy library as a mediator of children's knowledge? The general objective of this work was to analyze the contribution of the toy library as a mediator of children's knowledge. This study is justified by understanding the importance of the toy library, games and games in the educational environment. The methodology was the bibliographic review, being qualitative, basic, and regarding the objectives, it is an exploratory research, with reading and recording of studies that were selected having as main authors: Cunha (2003), Freire (1997), Oliveira (2003) and Teixeira (2010), who point out the importance of a ludic educational proposal developed in a playroom space for the teacher (pedagogue) to contribute to teaching and learning in early childhood education, generating the result and discussions of this research. Therefore, education must be conducive to optimizing the necessary conditions for learning and ensuring the socialization and integration of children in early childhood education. This fact reinforces the use of the toy library as a space to guarantee the child benefit for a meaningful learning.
