OS DESAFIOS DA DOCÊNCIA EM ESCOLAS RURAIS NOS MUNICÍPIOS DE CARMO DO RIO VERDE E DE ITAPURANGA GOIÁS

Abstract

In the state of Goiás there are several villages, these are located in the countryside, away from the city, there are elementary schools I and II, where teachers and their own students face various difficulties, such as transportation and the lack of materials available for classes. For these reasons, this research aims to analyze the quality of the basic educational service offered to the peasant community through a teaching perspective, in the hope of reaching solid points of view of the subjects who experience the reality of education in the countryside. The methodology used was the bibliographic research and the application of a semi-open questionnaire, to obtain qualitative and quantitative data, also part of the author's particular history bringing to emerging ones that concern a community sometimes forgotten by society. These rural rural communities have better social care as school networks that are difficult to access, so that school culture is not negatively modified and teachers who qualify daily, who know how to mediate teaching in a more dynamic and contextualized way for these students . All questionnaires were sent via e-mail to the teachers of each school, in the year 2020. Through these questionnaires, the biggest difficulties are transportation, infrastructure and the lack of alternatives aimed at a rural area. It was observed that there have been advances in rural education, including in the scope of public policies, but it still needs to be done. We must improve, for example, as access routes to the school, investment in quality equipment and internet, in specific training to documents and actions with family members that encourage and demonstrate the importance of education.
