OS DESAFIOS DE SER TUTOR NOS CURSOS DE EDUCAÇÃO À DISTÂNCIA

Abstract

This article describes the challenges faced by distance learning tutors, in which he gives a brief history of Distance Education, who is the tutor and what are the difficulties encountered. The methodological approach of the work was through qualitative research, in which bibliographic research was carried out on the subject, seeking testimonies from tutors and students of distance education who report the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. It is concluded with this that the distance learning, although challenging, presents positive and negative points, in which, it is up to the tutor to accompany, guide and stimulate the students, since the function of the university, whether in person or at a distance, it is becoming more and more human, capable of transforming oneself and the world through knowledge.
