O JOGO TANGRAM COMO POSSIBILIDADE DIDÁTICA INICIAL PARA A GEOMETRIA NOS ANOS INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

Abstract

The following study shows the results obtained through a field research that had as its theme: The Game of Tangram can be configured as initial didactic possibility for Geometry in the Early Years of Elementary School? This study had as object of research and analysis a school located in the municipality of Morrinhos-GO, which attends to the segments of Early Childhood Education and Elementary School, in the morning and afternoon shifts, in the regular modality and in the Federal, State Legislation And in force. The subjects involved in the research added 25 students to the method used for the research in question, based on the qualitative research, in which the researcher goes to the field and participates, as well as participant research, as well as a case study. Since it does not necessarily concern itself with numerical and / or graphic representation, but rather with the understanding of a certain subject within the proposed questioning. The data collection was done through photographic records where the purpose of the research was based on the understanding and interpretation given by the children through the game itself as a didactic possibility and through the geometric structures. The results obtained show the understanding expressed by the children during the research, and draws attention to the importance of differentiated classes, both for the teacher and the student, through different forms, with new teaching ideas, and can contribute to a better learning.
