dc.description.abstractThis article aims to seek important information about the business pedagogue, as well as to reflect on the training and professional performance of pedagogues within companies, leading to the understanding that pedagogical practice goes beyond the school environment. In other words, being a pedagogue is not limited to working in educational institutions; it is also possible to work outside schools, often within the Human Resources departments of companies. In this context, the pedagogue can apply pedagogical knowledge to the corporate environment. The business pedagogue is responsible for identifying and addressing organizational needs, which makes the development of training and education, motivation and engagement, organizational climate, productivity, and quality essential. The role of the pedagogue in the corporate environment focuses on promoting quality of work life and improving team performance so that the company can grow and achieve greater profitability. Although companies operate within a capitalist system focused on profit, unmotivated and poorly trained teams can lead organizations to unfavorable situations. Throughout this study, the responsibilities of the pedagogue within companies will be analyzed, with a deeper examination of their role in the business sector. The data collected are based on bibliographic references from important authors on the subject, such as Imbernón (2006), Lopes (2007), and Libâneo (2003). Based on reflections from these and other authors, conclusions are drawn to support the final considerations of this work. dc.description.resumoO presente artigo temo objetivo de buscarinformaçõesimportantessobre o pedagogo empresarial, alémde refletir como é a formação e atuação do pedagogo nas empresas, levando a compreender que o pedagogo pode trabalhar além das escolas. Ou seja, ser pedagogo não se resume apenas à profissão dentro de estabelecimentos de ensino, mas pode-se também buscar atuação fora da escola, muitas vezes esse conhecimento acontece no RH das empresas.Com isso o pedagogo pode levar seus conhecimentos para a empresa. Cabe ao pedagogo empresarial aprender a sanar necessidades da empresa, por isso é importante desenvolver o treinamento e educação, motivação e engajamento, clima organizacional, produtividade e qualidade. A função de realizar um trabalho do pedagogo no ambiente empresarial tem como foco fazer com que o trabalho tem uma qualidade de vida, na melhoria do desempenho da equipe para em fim a empresa crescer cada vez mais e assim obter mais lucros. Sabemos que convivemos com o capitalismo em que o foco das empresas é a obtenção de lucros, porém uma equipedesmotivada, mal preparada pode muitas vezes levar a empresa a situações desagradáveis. Ao decorrer do trabalhoanalisaremos as atribuições do pedagogo na empresa, observando mais a fundo a função do pedagogo no setor empresarial. Os dados coletados são as referências bibliográficas com autores importantes sobre o tema como porexemplo: Ibernon (2006), Lopes (2007), Libâneo (2003). ABSTRACT This article aims to seek important information about the business pedagogue, in addition to reflecting on the education and performance of the pedagogue in companies, leading to the understanding that the pedagogue can work beyond schools. In other words, being a pedagogue is not limited to the profession within educational establishments, but one can also seek action outside of school, often this knowledge happens in the HR of companies. With this, the pedagogue can take their knowledge to the company. It is up to the business pedagogue to learn to meet the company's needs, so it is important to develop training and education, motivation and engagement, organizational climate, productivity and quality. The role of the pedagogue in the business environment isfocused on making the work have a quality oflife, improving the performance ofthe team in order for the company to grow more and more and thus obtain more profits. We know that we live with capitalism in which the focus of companies is to obtain profits, but a demotivated, poorly prepared team can often lead the company to unpleasant situations. In the course of the work, we will analyze the attributions of the pedagogue in the company, observing more deeply the role of the pedagogue in the business sector. The data collected are the bibliographic references with important authors on the subject, such as: Ibernon (2006), Lopes (2007), Libâneo (2003).
