DESENVOLVIMENTO DA EDUCAÇÃO DO CAMPO NO ESPAÇO QUILOMBOLA NO BRASIL

Abstract

The quilombos, in terms of the history of resistance and the history of resistance and freedom of their territories, in terms of tradition and memory of Brazilian identity, have been part of Brazilian memory for approximately centuries. Guaranteeing quilombola children or the right to education, as stipulated in legislation, is a right equal to that of all children in society. In this context, the present research has the general objective, from a bibliographic survey, to portray the situation of quilombola education in Brazil. The objectives are: exports the history of education in Brazil; and, finally, to verify if the law has actually materialized in reality. The research methodology is based on physical and digital sources, based on a qualitative analysis. It was observed that, it is not a training in the recognition of rights, despite everything, there is a significant limitation of significant rights, resulting from its location and curriculum, so the relationship between and reality is unbalanced.
