SABERES NECESSÁRIOS À PRÁTICA DOCENTE: CONTRIBUIÇÕES A PARTIR DE UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Abstract

The present work brings to discussion a theme not very recent, but recurrent in the educational environment: the acquisition of the necessary knowledge to the teaching practice. Society is in constant change, or if it is, in motion. This requires that schools follow the transformations by relating them to teaching and learning. With this, it is expected that the education professional (teacher), accompany such changes, and influence their teaching practice, aiming at the knowledge necessary to the exercise of their profession. The text presents, from the theoretical contributions, the necessary knowledge to the teaching practice and seeks to reflect on what knowledge the teacher must acquire and mobilize for the performance of his function, according to the ideas presented. It is evident the complexity of these knowledges, whose acquisition of rudiment still occurs in the initial formation and is consolidated in the teaching practice. It aims to discuss the knowledge of teachers, considering the considerations made by several authors. We realize that this topic still has room for excellent discussions and all the knowledge presented are of the utmost importance, so how can we define: What teachers know how to do you practice teaching?
