A IMPORTÂNCIA DA MÚSICA NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Abstract

The present research has the general objective of reflecting on the importance of music in the development of children, to make them an interrogative, reflective and investigative individual. Children in early childhood education need attention, affection, security, without which they could hardly survive. Simultaneously, in this stage, children come into contact with the world around them, through direct experiences with people and things in this world and with the forms of expression that occur in it. This insertion of children into the world would not be possible without activities focused on music being present. Because of this, we raise the following problem: How to work efficiently with musicality in order to help children's cultural growth? For this evidence, this bibliographic research was developed, of an exploratory nature, with the reading and reflection of renowned authors, classics and more recent publications, which will be able to compose a solid basis for analysis and reflection on the subject. Music is a way to awaken children's imagination, dreams and fantasy. A search that is necessary to be directed to the student so that he can discover for himself that he is able to build his own knowledge. Thus, music can trigger numerous activities, leading the student to his/her growth as a child in Early Childhood Education.
