O PROGRAMA PRO-INFANTIL E A FORMAÇÃO DO AGENTE EDUCATIVO

Abstract

This article aims to make a brief history about the pro children's program in Brazil, citing the example of the cities Vitória da Conquista and Rio de Janeiro that will prioritize the training of the educational agent allowing dialogue on technical action, both curricular and the development of this study in the educational institution. Promoting a quality education that brings scores on the child's routine and pedagogical practice, where Early Childhood Education is observed and dialogued with the intention of advancing the professionalization of the educational agent. The general objective was to provide reflections on the Pro-Infantil course, its formulation, implementation and development of the Program in some regions of the country. As specific objectives: to dialogue on the contributions of the Pro-child to the continued education of educators, to reflect on the education of the educational agent and their participation in the learning process of the child. The methodology used was basic and non-interventional research, but reflexive and theoretical. Its character is qualitative with exploratory and descriptive classification, because it was developed from the reading of articles, journals, academic books, web research that deals with the theme. The results presented were the experience reports of the teachers attending the children's pro applied in Rio Verde - GO. Considering the social interactions built in the meetings that had the purpose of dealing with the legislative guidelines relevant to early childhood education, teaching practice and professional training.
