RELAÇÃO BEBÊ E LEITURA: VALORIZAÇÃO DO BEBÊ COMO SER PENSANTE

Abstract

The present text is a research on baby and reading, with the objective of a bibliographic review of the relevance of Children's Literature in the school environment, in order to value the baby as a thinking being. The article is based on exploratory research, observing actions to develop the stimulation and reading of babies. The research justifies that the practice of reading is necessary from an early age, even in childhood, a fundamental role in the development of future readers. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the effect of reading on the child's cognitive and linguistic process. And the documental study, developed through observation and participation with the research object, as well as highlighted observations about the teacher's planning in early childhood education. Primordial practice, indispensable for the functioning and development of actions and strategies that guide the pedagogical practice, providing the development of students, guaranteeing them access to teaching and learning. Thus, through observation of the planning of teachers in the scope of early childhood education, they act as reading mediators, through the interaction between parents, teachers and babies.It is hoped that this article will contribute to developing the practice of reading, as it is in childhood that children are more likely to develop habits that will be followed in the future, so it is essential to encourage children to read from an early age.
