PARTICIPAÇÃO DO SEGMENTO DE PAIS E ESTUDANTES NO CONSELHO DELIBERATIVO DO CONSELHO ESCOLAR

Abstract

The School Councils (CE) are collegiate bodies of a deliberative nature, present in the organizational structure of school units, with objectives aimed at analyzing the performance of students and the school itself, with a view to proposing actions and interventions to improve the teaching and learning process. It aims to analyze the democratic processes of the segment of parents and students in the Deliberative Council of the School Council. The research used will be bibliographic and it is a fundamental skill in undergraduate courses, since it constitutes the first step for all academic activities, since we will not carry out experiments or apply a questionnaire and thus we will make an overview of what has already been written about the chosen subject. As an approach to qualitative research, as it exposes the analysis of concepts and ideas. The nature of the work was used as basic, as it understands that it refers to the study aimed at increasing our base of scientific knowledge. The procedures used were analysis and observation of legal documents, technical standards or regulations, or the verification of resources such as books, reports, magazines, websites and also a research and bibliographic review of authors who deal with public policies and their contributions to education. Thus, the School Council is a formative sphere and the role of the school in the formation of citizens is reaffirmed. With this, it is possible to see that the school has the role of an institution
