A IMPORTÂNCIA DO BRINCAR NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL CONSOANTE COM A BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is the stage of basic education, where children are encouraged to exercise their cognitive and motor capacity, in order to develop their skills and make discoveries about themselves and the environment around them. The integral development of the child is influenced by the context in which the child is inserted, so the importance of caring about stimulation appropriately for the development of the child's abilities. Based on the supporting documents of Early Childhood Education, this article aims to highlight the role of Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) in the importance of playing for teaching learning in Early Childhood Education. This study is a bibliographic review, based on a descriptive qualitative approach of exploratory nature using authors who approach the theme, with main basis in Vygotsky's works. The documents governing Early Childhood Education were also used, with emphasis on the BNCC. Given the objectives of the research, the results are based primarily on the BNCC, thus presenting the contributions of BNCC to play in Early Childhood Education. The study contributes to understand the development of cognitive abilities (logical-mathematical, interpretive) and the social, affective, ethical and cooperative in Early Childhood Education. As well as, it also contributes to teachers who work and will act in Early Childhood Education and must implement the new requirements of this document in their classes, and understand how play is inserted within the BNCC.
