A IMPORTÂNCIA DO ESTÁGIO NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES

Abstract

This work will address the importance of the internship in the training of teachers, having as a source of research the bibliographic review and learning during the realization internships Degree in Pedagogy. It will focus on the supervised internship as a link between the theory studied and the practice that will be experienced after the formation of the student, the Pedagogy course and others, bringing a reflection on the professional formation for the development of competences and skills that will be important for the teaching practice. This work includes the general aspects of the supervised internship including the perspective of the intern in his training in higher education and the historical resumption as background of the changes seen today; the contextualization of the supervised curricular internship legislation; and how it influences the training of pedagogy students. It will be analyzed and discussed here how the Laws and Decrees that govern the Supervised Internship are presented; a brief analysis of the projects developed during my stay in the Pedagogical Residency Program and the skills present in the supervised internship.
