dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of biostimulants in the initial development of tomato plants. The experiment was carried out in the Horticulture Sector, in a greenhouse, located at Rodovia Geraldo Silva Nascimento km 2.5, Rural Area of the Federal Institute of Goiás - Urutaí campus, in Urutaí - GO. The treatments consisted of the application of four biostimulants (Raizer, NK + Aminosoil, Rootex and Booster) in six doses (0, 25, 75, 100, 125 and 150% of the recommended dose) at the time of transplantation, resulting in an experiment in a factorial scheme 4x6. For transplanting, tomato seedlings cv. H9992, 25 days after sowing, with three true leaves. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with four replications for each treatment. The experimental plot consisted of a 12 L pot containing one plant. After 30 days of transplanting, height (cm), fresh root weight (MFR, g), dry root weight (MSR, g), fresh weight (MFPA, g) and dry shoot (MSPA) were evaluated. The content of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) in the leaves were also evaluated. The data were subjected to analysis of variance (F, 5% probability) and the treatments compared by Student's t test. The treatment with NK + Aminosoil promoted an increase for plant height, MSPA and N content in the leaves with the best doses varying between 75 and 100% of the recommended dose. Rootex promoted increments in MFR, MFPA, MSPA and N content, with the best ones using 125 and 150% of the recommended dose. Booster had a positive effect on root development (MFR and MSR), with increased levels of P and S in applications ranging from 125 to 150% of the recommended dose. Raizer promoted greater development of aerial parts (MFPA and MSPA), with an increase in N levels with application of 125% of the recommended dose. It could be inferred that the evaluated biostimulants had an effect on the initial development of tomato plants.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a eficiência de bioestimulantes no desenvolvimento inicial de plantas de tomateiro. O experimento foi desenvolvido no Setor de Horticultura, em estufa, localizado na Rodovia Geraldo Silva Nascimento km 2,5, Zona Rural do Instituto Federal Goiano - campus Urutaí, em Urutaí – GO. Os tratamentos consistiram na aplicação de quatro bioestimulantes (Raizer, NK+ Aminosoil, Rootex e Booster) em seis doses (0, 25, 75, 100, 125 e 150% da dose recomendada) no momento do transplantio, resultando em um experimento em esquema fatorial 4x6. Para o transplantio, utilizou-se mudas de tomateiro cv. H9992, com 25 dias após a semeadura, apresentando três folhas verdadeiras. O experimento foi conduzido no delineamento inteiramente casualizado com quatro repetições para cada tratamento. A parcela experimental foi constituída de um vaso de 12 L contendo uma planta. Após 30 dias do transplantio, foram avaliados a altura (cm), a massa fresca de raiz (MFR, g), a massa seca de raiz (MSR, g), a massa fresca (MFPA, g) e seca da parte aérea (MSPA). Também foram avaliados o teor de nitrogênio (N), fósforo (P) e enxofre (S) nas folhas. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância (F, 5% de probabilidade) e os tratamentos comparados pelo teste t de Student. O tratamento com NK+Aminosoil promoveu incremento para altura de plantas, MSPA e teor de N nas folhas com as melhores doses variando entre 75 e 100% da dose recomendada. Rootex promoveu incrementos na MFR, MFPA, MSPA e teor de N, com as melhores com uso de 125 e 150% da dose recomendada. O Booster teve efeito positivo sobre o desenvolvimento radicular (MFR e MSR), com aumento nos teores de P e S nas aplicações variando de 125 a 150% da dose recomendada. O Raizer promoveu maior desenvolvimento de parte aérea (MFPA e MSPA), com aumento nos teores de N com aplicação de 125% da dose recomendada. Pôde-se inferir que os bioestimulantes avaliados tiveram efeito sobre o desenvolvimento inicial de plantas de tomateiro.pt_BR
