dc.description.abstractThe Mangueira is a species belonging to the anacardiana family that has as its fruit the mango, a drupa with enormous variation in size, weight, shape and color. The purpose of this work was to determine the content of minerals in different mango cultivars. The determination of the mineral profile was done after the calcination of samples, where all the cultivars presented satisfactory mineral contents.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA Mangueira é uma espécie pertencente à família anacardiácea que possui como fruto a manga, uma drupa com enorme variação no tamanho, peso, forma e cor. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho determinar o conteúdo de minerais em diferentes cultivares de manga. A determinação do perfil de minerais foi realizada após calcinação de amostras, onde todas as cultivares apresentaram teores satisfatórios de minerais.pt_BR
