ANÁLISE DA ADESÃO DOS PRODUTORES RURAIS AOS SISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE PRODUÇÃO AGROPECUÁRIA NA REGIÃO DE IPORÁ - GO

Abstract

The transformations that have occurred throughout history have brought about profound changes in the Brazilian agricultural scenario. The objective of this research was to verify the level of knowledge and adoption in relation to the integrated agricultural production system and the degree of use by producers in Iporá-GO. Research was carried out through questionnaires and supplemented with bibliographic research. In the interview, we focused on the individual approach, including information on the socioeconomic profile of producers, identification of the land structure in which rural properties are inserted and the identification of the possibility of implementing the Integrated Agricultural Production System from these producers. The research made it possible to identify a basic diagnosis of the level of knowledge and the adoption of integrated production systems in the municipality of Iporá. It was concluded that, in general, the interviewed producers are unaware of integration models, when addressed by the SIPA Term. However, even in the face of clarifications about the production model, they replied that they had no information and there is no interest in adopting such a system. It can be seen from the results that there is disinformation and strong resistance to changes, due to cultural and social factors, linked to the regional tradition in the production of cattle.
