FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DAS ALFABETIZADORAS - MORRINHOS / GO

Abstract

This work of completion of course presents the initial and, mainly, continued formation of the teachers who alphabetize in the city of Morrinhos. Aiming at a brief reflection on a formation and an image of the same environment. Our approach took place in a qualitative, scientific way with data collection oral history. We use as theoretical support authors who work with the themes: literacy, literacy, teacher formation, oral history, among others that were relevant to our writing. After analyzing them as interviews, we were able to make sure that a large percentage of the teachers are not trained in a specific area to be literate and that even with a continuing education focused on the initial grades their practices will still be rooted in traditional practices. With the results we point out that this can be one of the factors of not working literacy and literacy with the students, not for lack of capacity building, but for lack of awareness of the importance of the two processes go hand in hand.
