There is increasing pressure for increased productivity that is not always accompanied by improvements in working conditions, leaving workers subject to various types of occupational risks and work environments more prone to degrading mental health. This research aimed to develop a Technical Guidance Manual for Adapting to and Obtaining the Certificate of Company Promoting Mental Health, aimed at agribusiness companies in the city of Rio Verde, Goiás, based on Law No. 14.831/2024, which establishes the certification of companies promoting mental health. This is descriptive and exploratory research, conducted using a quantitative approach. Initially, a bibliographic and documentary survey was carried out on worker mental health, psychosocial risks, labor legislation, and psychosocial assessment instruments. Subsequently, empirical data were collected through a structured questionnaire applied to Human Resources managers of agribusiness companies in the southwest region of Goiás. The research was submitted to and approved by the ethics committee for research involving human beings. The results showed that some organizations already develop actions aimed at promoting mental health, such as quality-of-life programs, organizational climate surveys, and initiatives related to work-life balance. However, weaknesses were observed in the formalization of institutional policies, in the implementation of specific training, in the monitoring of implemented actions, and in the systematic mapping of psychosocial risks. It is concluded that, despite the advances observed in organizational practices, significant challenges remain for the consolidation of a structured management of mental health at work, especially regarding the prevention of psychosocial risks and compliance with recent legal requirements. It is hoped that the technical manual developed will contribute to guiding organizations in the implementation of preventive and strategic actions aimed at promoting mental health, fostering healthier, safer, and more sustainable work environments. Acting as an institutional mechanism within the Triple Helix model, the NIT serves as a strategic intermediary among academia, the State, and the business sector, managing innovation policy, intellectual property protection, and technology transfer. At the Instituto Federal Goiano (IF Goiano), in Brazil, the Center was formally established by Resolution Nº. 032/2011. Given the importance of its efficient operation to regional socioeconomic development, this study aims to assess the understanding among IF Goiano managers and faculty members of the NIT's role and legal responsibilities. The significance of this investigation lies in the fact that a lack of awareness of the NIT's role can limit its use by the academic community, reduce opportunities for intellectual property protection and technology transfer, and undermine its strategic role in fostering institutional innovation. Methodologically, this research is characterized as a descriptive case study employing a mixed methods approach (qualitative and quantitative); it is based on a document review and a structured questionnaire administered to 774 IF Goiano staff members between October 2025 and March 2026. The results serve as an institutional diagnosis, revealing the academic community's level of technical understanding regarding the NIT's role and legal responsibilities, while mapping communication gaps and perceptions concerning the sector's accessibility. It is concluded that the diagnosis provides strategic insights tailored to the Institution's reality, guiding the development of awareness-raising and information-sharing initiatives designed to mitigate bureaucratic barriers, improve the identification of innovative projects, and consolidate an intellectual property culture, thereby strengthening IF Goiano’s mission to foster national and regional development. Koch) is a Non-Conventional Edible Plants that has attracted increasing interest due to its nutritional, functional, and medicinal potential, associated with the presence of essential nutrients and bioactive compounds with high antioxidant activity. Among the environmental factors that influence plant quality, light plays a fundamental role in regulating growth, photosynthesis, and the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, potentially promoting an increase in the production of phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and other antioxidant substances of interest for food and human health. In this context, this study aimed to evaluate the development of Stachys byzantina cultivated under controlled environment and exposed to different light spectra, as well as to investigate the effects of these spectra on physiological, morphological, and chemical characteristics of the species. The results showed that light spectral quality significantly influences photosynthetic performance and plant metabolism, promoting distinct responses among treatments and showing potential to modulate the synthesis of bioactive compounds. In general, the use of artificial lighting in indoor cultivation systems proved to be a promising strategy to optimize the production and quality of Stachys byzantina, favoring not only its growth but also the obtaining of products with higher functional and antioxidant value. Thus, the study contributes to the valorization of Non-Conventional Edible Plants and expands the prospects of its use as a functional food and a source of bioactive compounds for different applications. This study aimed to develop and evaluate a guidance document on mental health applied to elementary education, intended for teacher training. An integrative review was conducted, followed by the development of an educational product. The educational product was evaluated using a questionnaire on Google Forms. The integrative review results did not identify studies that simultaneously addressed mental health, teacher training, and specific educational products aimed at training elementary school teachers. Due to this gap, a complementary search was conducted, identifying 64 educational resources, of which approximately 50 documents contributed to the development of the Educational Product. The guidance document was structured in nine thematic chapters covering fundamental concepts of mental health, support, identification of signs of psychological distress, prevention of risk situations, referral, promotion of protective habits, and pedagogical strategies. The product evaluation involved the participation of Basic Education professionals, predominantly elementary and early childhood education teachers. The results showed high agreement regarding the relevance of the topic, the adequacy of the content, the organization of the material, and the applicability of the guidelines presented. Most participants expressed an intention to use and recommend the guide in their professional practice.
