Abstract: The present work demonstrates the debate around Corporate Social Responsibility, understood both as a marketing discourse adopted by companies, and as a topic of interest in academic studies on the management of human work. Starting from a bibliographic reference, we seek to establish reflections between its operational advantages and disadvantages. The research aimed to present the advantages and disadvantages, characteristics, the importance of social organization and the benefits of becoming a corporate citizen with a focus on social responsibility and how it influences social behavior. In this sense, it can be said that the results obtained met all the expectations that revolve around corporate social responsibility, since it answers the questions about this subject.

Abstract: As with all aspects of an organization, culture develops in a natural process of change and renewal. But in some cases, the change may be the result of unplanned external factors. In this sense, the world is going through a unique moment, the COVID-19 pandemic, which has even influenced the culture of organizations. From this perspective, this work aims to analyze the impacts that this pandemic has generated on the organizational culture of companies. Therefore, this study has a qualitative approach using the methodology of systematic literature review, carried out in recently published articles, identified in the SCOPUS format by means of specific descriptors. As a result, the review of these articles made it possible to understand these impacts on the organizational culture in question, since the results obtained signaled a growing trend towards the realization of remote work by several companies, in addition to highlighting the importance of organizational culture for the maintenance of a climate of health, performance and well-being of employees who had to return to the companies. In addition, the improvement of its technological devices and new ways of storing data on the internet, through the cloud provider; and increased flexibility for homework, are part of the main changes that have taken place.

Abstract: This text is the result of a research developed for the Completion Work discipline of the Higher Course of Technology in Business Management, from the Federal Institute of Goiás, Campus Advanced Ipameri, which adopted qualitative and descriptive research os its methodology. The goal of the work was to discuss the Management of Micro and Small Enterprises during the confrontation of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, in the Ipamerino context. For this, it was necessary to interpret the safety measures that have been determined by the health authorities to then identify what were the challenges and possibilities in this pandemic period, taking into consideration the management of organizations classified as Microenterprise (ME), Small Business (EPP) and Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI). In this sense, it is observed that the stakeholders - the so-called interest groups - showed a significant relationship in the decision-making process and, directly or indirectly, on the results of the companies, since the ME, EPP and MEI have unique characteristics in their structure and management. Because of this, support through consulting, credit lines and management, were fundamental to the success activities and also the computerization process, delivery services and adaptation to the new scenario, contributed to the results.
